We can be contacted Monday to Friday from 7.30 am to 6.00pm each weekday and always respond promptly to the needs of our customers.
We visit each school to discuss their individual requirements and to survey the site prior to installation. This ensures that the work is costed fully and all installation details are agreed before work commences.
Filtered water systems require the filter to be replaced every 6 to 12 months depending on location and use.
Coolers and chillers are serviced every 6 months with the units sanitised and the filter replaced.
Boilers are descaled on an ad hoc basis depending on the hardness of the water which causes scale to build up within the machine.
Maintenance visits are scheduled via telephone in advance.
